CHARGEBACK POLICY
There are no refunds for trading losses or losses sustained as a result of any human or technological errors or failures, including Internet connections, web hosting company down time, data feeds or software.  Under no circumstances is FX Pro BITcoin responsible for client trading losses, bad faith and malfeasance excepted.
The debit that will appear on your credit card statement will list “FX Pro BITcoin” or “FX Pro BITcoin” as the merchant. If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake), there will be a non-refundable US $150.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback from our merchant provider, to cover our expenses to prove that the transaction was duly authorized.
With few exceptions, FX Pro BITcoin considers chargebacks a breach of contract and relieves us of all responsibility to protect client data and sensitive personal information.  Anyone who attempts to commit fraud against us can expect to have his identity documents and account information published on the Internet for all to see.
All fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.
FX Pro BITcoin considers credit card chargebacks to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your trade.  Frivolous chargebacks not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money, therefore:
You agree that if you, the trader, choose to do business with FX Pro BITcoin, and you file a charge back with your credit card company, you agree to pay us US $150 for our time responding to the matter. You, the trader, authorize us to charge this amount to your credit card. If this charge is rejected, FX Pro BITcoin will pursue legal action to recoup losses for our time associated with responding to the charge back in addition to any other fees explained above. You agree to reimburse us or any representative we may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make us incur. We take fraud seriously. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach.
FX Pro BITcoin will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. In addition to this, FX Pro BITcoin will file a report with your local police or sheriff’s department, and file a mail fraud complaint with Interpol.  We log IP strings on all trading activity.
FX PRO BITCOIN SOUND BUSINESS PRACTICE AND CLIENT FRIENDLY PRIVACY POLICY
Under no circumstances will FX Pro BITcoin consider disclosing any information about past or present clients or transactions unless a specific person is named in a binding order issued by a New Zealand high judge.    We will not cooperate with "fishing expeditions."   We do not surrender any personal or company information about clients or potential clients or their transactions to any third party including law enforcement, government investigators, tax collectors, courts, credit bureaus, divorce attornies and other snoops.
We consider any information you give us to be your exclusive property and it will not be used in ways which were not intended by you.  However, if you attempt to commit fraud against us, including fraud by chargeback, or if we have direct, substantial and demonstrable evidence that you have abused our services, you will be in breach of contract, fall outside the protections offered by our privacy policy and risk having your information posted in public.
